Current District Governor Andy Little receives Toastmasters International's Excellence in Education award from International President Chris Ford at the Toastmasters International Hall of Fame ceremony on August 15, 2008. Andy earned this award on behalf of the District's members reaching the District goals' for education and training.

C*O*N*T*R*A*C*T is Commmit One New Toastmaster and Retain and Coach Them.
Help us increase membership in your Club. Each Toastmaster should seek opportunities to encourage others to become Toastmasters. Sign up today to begin a rewarding process to add members to your Club!
Step 1) Commit to bring a guest and have them sign up as a Toastmaster. Receive an Add a New Member ribbon for your badge.
Step 2) Receive a One Member Added ribbon after that guest becomes a Toastmaster.
Step 3) Mentor that new Toastmaster on their first three speeches and receive a Mentor 1 New Member ribbon. This also satisfies the mentor requirement towards the Advanced Communicator Gold education award.

Tax Filing Reminder for All Clubs
|
The May 15th deadline for filing the 990-N Electronic Postcard has past but don't forget that this is a yearly item to accomplish!
To help with the filing process, Toastmasters International has put together a set of detailed instructions. Before beginning the filing, please print the instructions and read them carefully.
Note that some clubs will not be able to complete the process of filing the 990-N until after June 30th because the club's year end is not December 31st.
Step 2 of the detailed instructions explains what to do if this occurs.
